Due to our huge range we sincerely regret that we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items, but we are proud of the fact that we are able to satisfy over 97% of all orders first time. If an item is out of stock, we will give you an estimated delivery date and contact you as soon as it arrives.
We Only Charge for Postage Once
If we have to ship your order in separate parcels due to an item being out of stock, you will only be charged postage once. We do not charge for goods until they are dispatched unless they are special order items.
No Quibble Returns
PR Services understands that sometimes customers order the wrong parts. We also appreciate that occasionally some parts ordered may be surplus to requirements. Our no quibble returns policy protects customers against these situations.

Damaged or Faulty Goods / Incorrect Parts Delivered
Upon receipt of you order you have 48hrs to advise PR Services of any damage or shortages. If your goods are damaged, faulty or not the correct parts that were order then please contact our administrator Amy at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01277 630099 Mon-Fri 9am – 5:00pm
Incorrect Parts Ordered / Goods Not Required
If for any reason you have ordered the incorrect parts, we offer a 14 day (from date of delivery) refund policy, subject to the goods being returned in unused, perfect condition, with the original manufacturers packing still intact (if original manufacturer packaging was provided) and not defaced. Customers must meet the cost of return carriage on correctly supplied goods.
Any returns after 14 days are at our discretion and a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Whilst PR Services make every effort to provide correct information and goods, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the goods are correct before fitting or use.
Condition of Returns
It is important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging. When returning goods, the buyer is responsible for the repackaging of the goods and they remain the customer’s responsibility until they arrive at our premises, so please obtain proof of postage/delivery where possible. PR Services regret that postage/packaging/insurance costs are non-refundable, unless goods received are faulty or received in error. Any part which in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping by the customer; will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.
All electrical items supplied by PR Services have been checked and tested prior to packing and dispatch. PR Services cannot take responsibility for the fitting and correct use of electrical items once they have left the premises and as such no refunds can be made for the supply of any electrical items if they have been incorrectly fitted or broken once they have been dispatched.
